5.56×45 mm assault rifles belong to the group of firearms whose operation is based on the principle of conveying part of the powder gases through a special orifice in the wall of the fixed barrel and their influence on the bolt carrier. The receiver is manufactured from a solid hot-forged blank, followed by milling operations.
